"good for the price!"
This hotel didn't look like much from the lobby, but the room we got was pretty decent. We stayed in 217. It smelled nice and the bed was comfortable and the TV had good reception. "Needs to do better"
It was quiet as I was hoping but I noticed some blood looking substance on my mattress and there was some bed bugs as well crawling on the floor and ceiling and I killed 3 of them.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very convenient to expressways...."
The room could have been neater when we checked in. The issues were discussed with the Manager; he seemed concerned but did not do anything about them. He also stated that there was no excuse for the items being left behind by housekeeping and said he would talk with the Head Housekeeper. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel.
