The Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta is located in Atlanta, Ga., adjacent to the Cumberland Mall. Across the street is the Cobb Galleria Centre. The Chattahoochee River is one mile from the hotel.

We apologize for any inconvenience the music you heard while in your room. You did notify our front desk staff on this and we did not find music coming from any of the guestrooms. We did determine a few days later that the sound may have been coming from the outdoor/indoor speaker of the pool area that may have had the volume turned up slightly to high and was heard in the late or early hours. Again, please accept our apology for anything that might have disturbed you during your stay with us.
"Not the best but not the worst either"
Normally when you go on vacation the staff at the hotel try to wow you. The hotel was pretty nice but there wasn't even attempt to wow or amaze, just no effort at all. Pretty bad since we came to the south to experience some southern hospitality. None here......Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The location of the hotel allowed me to walk to my conference in the Cobb Galleria Centre and was also close to many dining and shopping options. Parking was easily accessible. We were stuck in the elevator upon arrival for almost 3 hours, between 2 and 3rd floor with one other person and our suitcases! The elevator expert was not called 'till a good 2 h after we got stuck! "Nice and comfortable"
I stayed here for 5 nights while attending a show at the nearby Cobb Galleria Center. The staff was great, and my room was in good shape. It was nice to be able to shut off the bedroom from the living room because that eliminated hearing any hallway noise at night. Overall one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in for the price. We were not happy with our stay at all. We were put on the 17th floor in the very last room. The air was set on 60 and never cut off. It never got below 70 in the room. The tub was dirty....there was hair. The bed was comfortable but both television remotes did not work. Also...the couch was completely unusable. There was no support at all so you couldn't […] even sit on it or else you would fall through. The downstairs looked very nice but it did not follow through to the rooms. "A good experience overall"
Very convenient location. The room was typically for a good to very good hotel. Only problem I had was a slightly noisy neighbor, hence one ding on comfort. It was not loud enough for me to complain about it unfortunately. Basically, the "connecting" door separating the two rooms was not well-sealed. I booked this room during a special 12 hour sale and boy was I shocked when I opened the door to my room. "Sheraton Hotel -Close to Everything"
The hotel was lovely. I originally booked it because it had an onsite restaurant, gym and pool, however, the restaurant never had anyone in it and the prices were crazy high for food in the area (I ended up going to a nicer looking restaurant at the nearby Cumberland Mall). The restaurant and bar also closed at 11pm on Friday evening. The gym was well […] stocked, but the pool was claimed as heated, but was not and it was dirty. I ended up having to clean the pool myself and then when I tried to swim in it, it was too cold. The room was nicely laid out and comfortable, but the cooling system did not work well (the vents were aimed improperly) and the temperature was a little too warm for comfort. There was onsite parking, but the garage was not lit appropriately and I did not feel comfortable walking to my car even with others. This stay included both business and personal. I found the hotel very accomodating at check-in and out. The one noted exception I have about the hotel is that access from the parking garage means I have to remain outdoors as there was not an entrance into the hotel from the garage.
