Hotel Features.
Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead is entirely smoke-free. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. A business area by the lobby provides complimentary use of computers and a printer. Self-service kiosks provide fast and easy check-in and check-out. An outdoor pool is open seasonally, and a fitness center is available 24 hours a day. The Hyatt Place serves a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning in its a.m. Kitchen Skillet™. In addition, a 24-hour Guest Kitchen sells made-to-order snacks and entrees, and the Bakery Café serves Starbucks speciality coffees, premium beers, and wines. Guestrooms feature the signature Hyatt Grand Bed with pillowtop mattress, down blankets, premium pillows, and triple sheeting, 42-inch flat-panel HD TVs can be viewed from the bed or from a corner sofa bed. Hyatt Plug Panels enable guests to connect their media devices—including laptops, MP3 players, video game systems, and DVD players to the TVs. Wet bars come with compact refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Two phones (one cordless) include voice mail. Bathrooms have granite countertops.

The mattress was lumpy as they get when slept in over time, but the pillows were perfect, soft and cushy. The mattress is the only hold up on giving a 5 to the room. The room was well laid out for the space given. The personal were very pleasant and accommodating. Nice breakfast spaces as well as lounging.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great service and staff, very helpful!"
Went to this hotel for a girl's weekend with friends. We got there around 3:30pm but our room wasn't ready yet, so the staff gave us complimentary appetizers from the food bar. The customer service was great and the staff were all very nice. I was very pleased with my stay here. It was my first, and I would definitely stay again. My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The price was in my budget! "Convenient to Everything"
The room was great since we didn't want to spend a lot and knew we weren't going to be in the room except to sleep! "smooth renovation"
at the time of our stay the hotel appeared to be about 35 percent under renovation. We noticed no disruption in service, cleanliness or comfort during this reno. There were minor construction noises but not before 9 am. Very impressive.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Purposed Served"
The only complaint I have about this particular Hyatt Place is the location. It's not the easiest location to get in and out of, but it's near EVERYTHING! Once you actually are able to turn into the property, you have to park in the parking garage, either on the 3rd or sixth floor (because the hotel shares it with other businesses). Grocery stores, […] shopping, banks, restaurants...whatever you need are close enough for you not to worry about driving though. The hotel staff was very accomodating! "Safe in the Snowstorm"
