The hotel staff and facilities were excellent. The breakfast each morning was amazing. Enjoyed the evening manager's get together also. Kids had a great time in the pool. Despite the road construction and front lobby construction it was a pretty good hotel. We arrived early and much to our surprise we were able to check in early which was very convenient. Liked the room for the most part but it was a tad cramped once we put a crib in there and I'm folded the sleeper sofa. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The Hotel itself was good. Breakfast bar was very crowed, and it took forever to get a waffle. Our reservation was not honored in the way we reserved it.. we asked for 2 double beds in each room ..We got 1 King and 2 doubles. They did , however, change the 2nd room the next day for a double. "Loved it"
The staff was all very helpful and polite. The room was extremely adequate and clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with the down comforter and pillowtop mattress with the extremely soft pillows. The bed was my favorite comfort. Carpet was clean and a beautiful pattern. "Great hotel at a great price"
We were greeted by a very friendly front desk person and she happily met our request to have adjacent rooms. The rooms were updated and very clean. The bed was super comfortable with the exception of the pillows. Our room was made up promptly in the morning and they seemed to do it at the perfect time. The lady stocking the breakfast in the morning […] was very sweet and gave our kids colors and sheet of paper. Breakfast selection was good but I wood suggest against the powdered. "Great hotel if you don't mind small"
Although the staff was wonderful, I had to mark it down for comfort. This was the smallest hotel room I have EVER stayed in. They claimed the beds were "standard full size" however they were only slightly bigger than a twin. Even with the tiny beds, there was maybe 5 feet from the foot of the bed to the far wall. This was super frustrating with 3 people […] in the room. Other than that, it wasn't too bad. The breakfast in the morning varies, and they weren't really prepared for as many people as were there, but they did try to be accommodating. There was fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, cereal, coffees and teas, pastries, waffles, yogurt, bagels, juices and milk, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. They were really good about making sure everything remained stocked, hot and fresh. So really, what you pay for, you get a pretty good deal. I would recommend this hotel but only if you are having 3 or less people per room. Hotel reception was helpful, upon my arrival they told me my room was ready and gave me my room keys. Everything was as advertised. The hotel is close to the place my inlaws live and was convenient for me. Additionally this hotel is located right behind Northlake Mall and surrounded by variety of restaurants and banks.
