The good: The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures describe. The rooms were clean. The bad: The receptionist had zero personality and was not friendly at all. She changed us from 2 adjoining with 2 beds each to a king and a double. When I asked her to please put us in 2 - 2 beds because we had 4 adults and 4 children (as my reservation indicated), […] she acted agitated, as if I was bothering her. Now for the ugly...I choose to stay in nicer hotels so that I can enjoy a good nights rest with my family...that certainly did not happen in this hotel. The noise got progressively louder beginning at 11pm until around 3am...yelling and screaming - coming from the main lobby area, people literally banging pot lids together, etc. Perhaps we picked the wrong time to go. Perhaps it was "party all night, sleep all day" weekend and we weren't notified in advance. Either way, I was extremely disappointed (and tired too). Read more

If you think you can check into your room on time, this isn't the place for you. The front desk staff were incredibly unfriendly and ineffectual, I had to call in to get results.....Check in time was 3:00, we got our room at 4:15 and had to rush to make it to our event at 4:30.

My stay at the hotel was good but could have been better. My room was very clean and the beds were the best beds I have ever slept on. The services needs alot of improving in my opinion. The ladies that clean the rooms were very nice and respected your privacy, but the services for breakfast and the bellmans were need to go back through training to […] learn how to talk and service the guest. The lady at the breakfast area had a nasty attitude with me because my name was not on the free breakfast buffet list, and looked at me like I was stupid and couldn't afford this service, so I had to call Expedia to make a complaint about the situation and after the front desk and this lady were told by Expedia that I suppose to get free breakfast with my stay their attitudes changed. The bellmans didn't even help me with my luggage checking in or out. They did open the doors at the hotel but I bet it was just because of my beautiful wife. I arrived late so there was no valet to park our car. The worst thing was the loud noise from remodeling. It began early in the morning and interrupted our sleep. It made it impossible to enjoy the experience.

Overall I was disappointed. There was a thin layer of dust on the table top and underneath the nightstand by the bed (see picture), also the previous guests must have ripped the tag out of their shirt because it was also under the nightstand. We must have picked the wrong weekend to go because it was LOUD!! From about midnight until almost 3 in the […] morning you could hear other guests playing music and shouting across the hall to each other - I even saw people doing cartwheels down the hallway. At one point I thought the music was being broadcast out of a sound system because it was so loud it woke us up. The 14th floor requires a keycard to access it... the elevators were slow and 2 out of the 5 elevators the keycard wasn't working so we'd have to get off and wait for another elevator. One of the elevators had a soaking wet floor - I'm not sure if it had just been mopped or if a guest spilled something. When it came time to check out there was only one desk clerk and a line all the way to the elevator. With a hotel of this calibur I expected a lot more... I expected them to pay attention to the details - that's why they charge so much, right? Oh, and parking? Yeah, they have free parking or you can pay to valet, but if you park yourself expect quite a hike!! - they save half the parking lot for valet. Read more

Good hotel for conference. Professional staff. Staff at lounge/bar area overwhelmed for a Wednesday night., no waiters away from bar even though crowded. Coffee bar shuts down mid day. Cannot get an espresso after 2:00. Disappointing for Atlanta Area.
