Very comfortable and the staff was excellent. We will stay here again when passing through Atlanta.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel for price"
Only wish bathroom was larger and window did not rattle. Food was good, clean hotel, but needs work on building upkeep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff was very friendly and interested in making your stay great. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was convenient and tasty with a good variety of choices. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom is tiny and only one at a time can use it but not a real problem. Heat/cool fan is noisy as is the case in many hotels - earplugs helped a lot. MARTA train from airport […] to hotel is very convenient and easy to get to sights as well. Pros outweigh the cons and it was a highly successful stay for us. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Midtown value"
Good, solid hotel. Staying Midtown can get expensive. Indigo is a great value, not too expensive and a really nice hotel. Lobby area is very stylish, great décor. If you are not spending a lot of time in your room doing business, this is a good hotel. Close to great restaurants and across from Fox Theater.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"My Metso trip to Atlanta"
Good Points: 1) Service is probably the best I've ever had. The staff learned my name by the end of my 5-day stay. Eddie, the front desk manager, was awesome. 2) Great location. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. 3) Sink was clogged when I checked in. When I mentioned it to Eddie, he had it fixed that day. Same with my heat which […] just had to be changed from "cool" to "heat." 4) Received a free drink at the bar one night. 5) Housekeeping did a good job. Bad Points: 1) Expensive parking. Should be included in hotel rate or customer should get a discount. Close to the hotel you could park your car for a lot less, but it wasn't covered parking. 2) Small rooms especially the bathroom. Probably wouldn't bring my husband. 3) The bed was really hard. When I mentioned the hard bed to Eddie at checkout, he asked if I saw a memory pad. There was no memory pad. 4) Expense breakfast. Had to ask for salt & pepper, and butter and jelly. The last morning I was there, the cook forever to make two scrambled eggs and toast some bread. The waitress apologized, and gave the breakfast to me for free.Another time I had to ask the waitress where my order was. Overall: Would return for business, but not personal. Good location. Attended a concert at the Fox Theater. I was charged 3 times for parking, but was refunded my money. I was upset that the bar closed at 1230 on a Friday night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A good starting point"
We were prepared for the small bathrooms, we've been on a boat. Sans that, the room was cozy, no view but I was fine with that for the price. I love the lobby and the décor throughout. Did not care for the minty smell in the hallways however. This hotel is close to a lot of things and it's definitely a landmark if you need to pry the cool places out […] of the locals. Although we didn't get to stop at our hotel bar I could tell those that did had a great time. I do not suggest this for those with children staying in the room with them. It's just to small. However 1 or 2 people can deal with it just fine. Also, the service was great, waters were given at all times of the day and night and the PILLOWS were wonderful. "great location and cool atmosphere- just loud!"
great atmosphere, cool and unusual decor. the room and bathroom were a little small, but that wasn't a problem. great location close to lots of great restaurants. my only complaint is that in the middle of the night, you could hear everything outside (lots of drunk twenty-somethings yelling at each other at 2:30 am), even though we were on the 5th […] floor. "Nice stay for long weekend"
The bathroom is too small though the shower is pretty large. The staff were very friendly and the room condition was nice. The parking garage was very convenient and cabs were easy to catch for a fun night out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Clean and bright"
Clean and modern room, very small bathroom...you can practically wash your hands while sitting on the toilet. The location is ideal at the southern end of Midtown. I would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great staff, good location, small room"
The staff was very friendly, completely nice and accomadating! The hotel location was good, we were able to walk to shops and dinner every day. The room was small, especially the bathroom; it was TINY. My husband is 6'3'' and he was crunched in that bathroom. However, we made due. The front desk staff and bar staff were great; the only problem was that […] tiny bathroom and small room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to Marta"
close to Marta which made it very convenient. Surprisingly quiet for being on Peachtree. Small room with tiny bathroom but still nice. Bar in lobby, they serve food as well but I didn't eat there. good value overall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice but Small"
This hotel is clean and conveniently located. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The only negatives to this hotel are the small room size and the EXTREMELY SMALL bathrooms. This hotel is sized to European standards; so if that is not a problem for you, you may like it. It's better suited to individual travelers. After we expressed disappointment […] at the size of the room, and especially the bathroom, the front desk manager went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, even threw in a few extras. This was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was very good and the beds were very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel, just know what to expect. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Best priced mid-town hotel in Atlanta"
As with most older hotels, modern renovations cannot overcome physical limitations of rooms. They are small, and placing two beds into the limited space cramps them even more. The bathroom ranks the smallest I have ever seen in 40 years of travel. Despite those drawbacks, the rooms are comfortable. The two best amenities may be the value for a mid-town […] Atlanta location and the service-minded attitude of all of the staff. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Customer Service"
This hotel reminds me of hotels in Manhattan but nicer. The music/entertainment theme is very cool. Even my teenaged sons liked it, and they don't like anything! The rooms are really small, so don't expect to spread out much. We had a leaky a/c unit in our room that turned into a water feature in the middle of the room overnight, but the staff couldn't […] have been nicer and more respondent. They paid for our breakfast and moved us to a new room while we were out. Sometimes you don't know how good customer service is until you have a problem. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and greeted us each time we went through the lobby. We would definitely stay there again. So convenient to everything in Midtown Atlanta. Rooms are small but overall nice place to stayGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is fine and in a good location. The construction on the sidewalk outside was inconvenient and the room with a king bed seems a bit small.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
VERY SMALL BATHROOMS!!!!!! Not really a problem for us...A large person would not fit. I actually wondered if they have rooms for large people? The hotel and staff are great and I would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"nice but cramped!"
We thoroughtly enjoyed Hotel Indigo; however, you have to be a thin person to stay in their rooms. Luckily we managed okay but my husband and myself being tall, we had to literally sit on the toilet to brush our teeth. There is NO leg room between the toilet and sink. It is the SMALLEST hotel room I have EVER seen. I cannot see how the average person […] could be comfortable in the space. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Historic value but I want comfort"
This has a lovely lobby, service oriented staff but as most review have noted, this hotel is British in its miniature bathroom and ill-organized tiny bedroom. I travel with big equipment for work and normally have no rental car. Thankfully, I did not have to bring the equipment into the room (size of 2 large suitcases) because I could not have. Yes, […] the room is THAT small. The bath mat had strings/edge hanging off it like your grandma's worn bathmat. I LOVE Indigo and prefer them over any other hotels. I understand the historic value of this building and why they have kept the small bathrooms/rooms but honestly, doubt that I will stay here again. I need a little more space. "FOX THEATER/ MARTA TRAIN STATION"
Good. Staff was friendly. Rooms were small..but ok for short overnight stay. Wish there had been more places to purchase snacks/ meals at a reasonable price within walking distance from hotel. We found none that were open when we needed them..had to eat hotel which was rather expensive...even the vending machine had water for $5..which I could not take […] upon myself to purchase..so drank tap water and melted ice. Nice IF you had your own food to have a micro/fridge in the room w/o extra fees...but again for one night stay ok. Banged my head on the shower door/ouch trying to pick up a towel from floor..bathroom very compact..but again for short stay ok. I would return to this hotel..but try to pack my own snacks if if had the space. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wonderful lobby space - niches for talking"
Love the Indigo. I can set up "camp" in the lobby with their free wifi and work on my ipad. Good niche areas for conversation. Close to a starbucks. Love the decor theme that is artfully maintained throughout the hotel. Only issue is that I need more counter space in the bathroom. But the beds are magnificent!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"clean and lively but sparse."
Clean and lively but a bit sparse. Minuscule bathroom.Genuine Expedia guest review
First night my room backed up to the elevator, which was very noisy and allowed me a restless nights sleep. After I requested a room change, the noise level was much better and my stay improved. The front desk was very accomadating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Nice area yet the room didn't have a frige or microwave. I guess extra$ would've made my mornings better being able2heat up leftovers. Midtown is a great location and u spend less time driving to places you're heading to. The Indigo wasa great break from the norm! The style of the decor was much didfferent from most hotels. It had a very cozy feel! The hotel staff was amazing and the view from my room was beautiful! "Great staff small bathroom"
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was great. Note: when they say the bathrooms are small, they mean small. I could brush my teeth, spitting in the sink while sitting on the toilet. My husband almost banged his head on the sink sitting on the toilet.Genuine Expedia guest review

Had a great time. Great location. Boutique hotel that was a nice change of pace.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
For us the hotel was in a good location, which is why we chose it. Trendy and nice lobby, room was big enough but the bathroom...washing your hands while still on the toilet was nice, I just hope this doesn't become a trend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hip, fun, young. And unique!"
If you want predictable, hit the Marriott, Hyatt or other chain hotel. Go to the Indigo for the same quality/level of service and professionalism, but in a avant-garde facility themed, in a tasteful way, around the nearby Fox Theatre. Also, very pet friendly. (The night we stayed, Santa stopped by for photos with the local Boston Terrier club).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"No major complaints. Great location!"
My wife and I recently stayed here for an anniversary weekend while our daughter stayed with nearby relatives. We got what we paid for, which was a decent room right across the street from the Fox Theatre, where we took in "The Nutcracker." We also enjoyed visiting The Varsity just a six- or seven-minute walk away. (As a displaced GA native, visiting […] The V is a favorite pasttime.) There are tons of other good restaurants nearby, including Mary Mac's for the old school types and Empire State South for those seeking modern southern food. And Ikea is a very short drive over the interstate. It's also near The High Museum, Margaret Mitchell House, and other attractions we unfortunately didn't have time for. As for the room itself, sure, the bathroom was small, which we knew going in. C'est la vie. It was also very clean, and the toiletries were from Aveda. I'll take that combination over the standard chains any day. There were a couple of loose floor boards, but more on a cosmetic level; didn't actually affect anything. The in-room coffee maker was easy to operate, even if the coffee/condiments left something to be desired (which is true virtually everywhere). The LG flat screen TV was nice, and the decor was comfortably modern. Even the desk chair was comfortable. And the pillows were particularly appealing... I found the pull-up area for check-in/check-out to be a bit too small, but it worked. And we received very good service upon arrival and thought our visit. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"great hotel for Atlanta City events!"
Our bathroom was very small with just a shower and no tub. We have stayed here before and I am sure that some rooms have tubs. The room we had was also very small but pleasant. The double beds were extremely comfortable, and I am glad to see they have gotten flat screen TV's. You can't beat the location, across the street from the Fox Theater. "Another pleasant stay, but..."
This hotel is very unique and you can't beat the location - this was my second stay here, and while the service is still great, it may be time for a little "freshening" - the place is starting to look worn down. Other than that, no complaints - yes, the bathrooms are tiny, but you're in Atlanta! Step out of the bathroom and explore this great place […] :-) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Just what I needed."
Was in ATL for one night and had my 95lb dog. Only decent hotel that allows pets of this size and turned out to be nicer than expected. Rooms are a little small and water pressure was weak but overall my expectations were exceeded for the price. Location is hard to beat. Would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice staff"
I stayed at this hotel for one night. My room was comfortable and clean. They had bottled water for guests at check in which was really nice considering I was pretty dehydrated from my flights. I used the fitness which was also very clean and nice. I would stay here again. Good location in Midtown, close to lots of Atlanta neighborhoods. Parking was […] expensive, that was the only downside. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fun, funky, clean, great service"
This historic hotel was a great value and very comfortable. The only issue with the room-- and it cannot be helped in an historic building-- is the bath is TINY. They have done the best design they can by installing a large walk in shower, and the long console table with mirror is very useful for women/make up. This Indigo brand feels like a sort of […] W aspire-to-be. I think it is a good compromise-- it is definitely not W, but then again, it is not as expensive. Bed was very comfortable; all was completely clean. I would definitely book again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Extremely convenient to down town Atlanta"
Although recently remodeled and redecorated, we were surprised at the smallness of the room, especially the bath. Everything was neat and clean and a serious attempt had been made in remodeling to provide special items for comfort and convenience. Still with no refrigerator, not microwave, a small wardrobe for a closet, shelves for drawers (fine for […] the one night we stayed) and a bath that is smaller than most travel trailers, made it cramped. Mattress was very comfortable and everything was in working order -- one small hint, the bathroom sink drains very slowly. This may be the nature of this type plumbing.
