There were a few issues we encountered with the facilities- treadmill not working, pool area had an awful smell on our 1st of 3 nights (may have just... been some type of chemical), but was resolved my the 2nd night. My son and I had a problem with one of the elevators not closing (opening) all the way when we were getting into it one night. My biggest complaint was the per device (not per room) internet charge. We had 2 kids with tablets, and a laptop, which costed us an additional $30.00 per day! We made sure to make up for it by taking full advantage of the nightly manager's reception, which was great! Breakfast was by far the best "complimentary" breakfast I've ever had. Overall we had a good stay, but wish the front desk staff was a little more helpful and friendlier. Located in the upscale suburb of Dunwoody, this all-suite hotel is a half-mile from the Perimeter Mall and within a mile of numerous corporate offices. Downtown Atlanta is about 14 miles south.

Hotel Features.
Complimentary daily breakfast features a variety of cooked-to-order choices, including Embassy Suites' signature omelets. Embassy Suites Perimeter Center hosts a daily manager's reception with complimentary drinks in the atrium. A casual restaurant offers lunch, dinner, Starbucks coffee, drinks, and room service. Wireless Internet access is available throughout this Dunwoody hotel. The hotel offers 5000 square feet of meeting space and banquet facilities. A heated indoor pool is paired with a spa tub. The pool area opens to a sundeck. A fitness center is also provided. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service within a three-mile radius, including businesses, shops, and a MARTA rapid-transit station.

The only problem I had, was I had an issue with the gaming system in thr room. I called the front desk for help. They answered the phone but no one ever came to the room or fixed the issue.

Great stay. Convenient to Marta. About a 5 mintue walk. Nice relaxing trip for an overnight stay. Buffet breakfast was plentiful in the morning. A lot of seating which definitely was needed b/c this hotel was packed with guests. Great hotel, like every Embassy that I have ever stayed at. Awesome breakfast, fantastic staff, clean, and relaxing. 8 minute walk across parking lots to MARTA train. Bring an umbrella if it's raining. Quick notes: I usually pack light and use laundry facilities. Hundreds of rooms with only 1 washer and dryer caused some issues for several of us wanting […] to use the guest laundry facilities. Also, the shuttle service was sub-par compared to other Embassy Hotels in which our group has stayed. Shuttle drivers seemed uncomfortable going anywhere outside their "normal" stops. Nice location... Room was hot, charged me a 50.00 fee thar I was not told about, movies are so easy to mistakenly hit and be charged. Staff was really nice!!!

Room service prices excellent; best fries I've eaten in a long time and food overall excellent. The TV service was very poor; no TV-GUIDE and very limited non-movie menu. Not an issue for business travel but a huge negative for a family with children. A litte high on price but breakfast and happy hour offset this. Main complaint: TV issue.

It was outstanding. The breakfast service was wonderful but one of the women taking orders was rude. Employees must understand customers are not always right but play a part in their job-one major reason why they have one. I will recommend this hotel.

Everyone was extremely attentive. Anything I needed, each person I came into contact with jumped into action. The room itself was very cozy with nice decor. There was a little wear and tear but not so much that it really mattered a great deal. Temperature was comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Had trouble getting into the WiFi, but to be honest, I didn't […] call the help desk like the room binder suggested. The Embassy Suites is a great place to stay. The Perimeter Mall is nearby. The hotel offers free Shuttle Service to the MARTA. Breakfast is excellent. The Managers Reception daily is awesome. The MARTA travels to downtown Atlanta. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall a great place to stay in Sandy Springs. The only downside is for the price the sleeper sofa mattress should be a little better quality than a thirty years old roadside flophouse. Also the front desk while efficient doen't seem that glad to see you outside of the manager but it is not a big deal to me.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean. Great for traveling with a large families. Had two tvs. Only negative thing was that it did not have free WiFi and the offered price for internet was. Too high

I went fire the weekend with 4 friends and we had a room for 6 but we input had 4 towels in the bathroom. We had to continuously call for extras towels everyday and there were times when they didn't come. Calling the service desk only frustrated us cause the man was rude but the woman seemed very nice and willing to help

My stay was ok, not what I'm used to at Embassy Suites. The selection for snacks or finger foods for the evening reception was well below what I've experienced in past stays at Embassy. Chips and dips, trail mix, really!! My reservation was booked ahead of time and pre-paid for a smoking room, got a non-smoking room and the front desk was not willing […] to make any concessions until my girlfriend got upset and asked for management. Room was nice, once we switched rooms, but the air in the bedroom didn't seem to work as well as in the front suite. I was disappointed compared to previous stays and compared to Drury Inn.
