"Regular king verses deluxe king"
We had two rooms. One reg. kg. and other deluxe king. Reg. was $109.00 and deluxe was $119.00. We could absolutely tell no difference in the two rooms. Is this false advertising? We were told the deluxe was a larger room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Pretty Good Spot"
This is one of the older Westin hotels but the service and everything else is pretty good. Their breakfast and comfort of the bed was the best. "Mostly wonderful but a couple of bummers, too"
Upside: Really nice hotel. Beautiful inside & out. Everyone's friendly. Downside: They charge $1/bottle for water in your room (the Florida Hotel & Conference Center charged less per night and gave you two FREE bottles of water with each night's stay). No free internet (not even in the lobby)? Couldn't break a $20 bill for me at the front desk. Hello? […] Even a Super 8 could easily do that. Disappointing. There were a few shaving hairs in my sink from a previous occupant. Not excessive but noticeable. "Perfectly fine hotel w/ a great bed"
I was worried because of some reviews I saw, but the hotel was fine. The bed was spectacular...I NEED a pillowtop at home. Not only a great mattress, but good triple sheeting, two comforters, tons of pillows. Big window over a little manmade lake w/ a fountain. It is an old building not very well kept, stains in all the hallways gearing to the rooms ( I stayed in Floor 7th) The Lobby and food is extremely good and in the PM they have Amazing live singers, which is something to mention and the service extremely nice, (just do not deal with the front desk I asked to change rooms, the room offered was worst than […] the first one). My stay was nice, food was good, staff very attentive, room nice and clean! However, I have now learned to ask for a room that does not have an adjoining door - as my neighbor was quite loud with his TV and voice. The sounds poured in clearly through the adjoining door. Lovely hotel, great free parking under cover and easily accessible. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Despite being able to see two major highways from the upper floors, the room was very quiet. Great hotel, however shower curtains in bathrooms needs to be replaced, they give off a very awful odor. The bathrooms overall have a urine smell combined with the sour smell of the curtains. Warning: we travel a lot and tend to be fussy. The lobby was a great layout and modern. Some of the upholstered furniture looked worn and need of repair. The glass front doors were very streaked and dirty. Our room was well laid out with functional furniture, but here again, it was quite shabby. The night stand was water stained and the finish partially […] worn off. Chrome desk chair had an oxide coating and was obviously never polished. The rug in the hallway was wrinkled and looked in need of replacement. The reception desk was friendly, efficient and very helpful. We accidently left documents in our room safe and they made sure we got them back (our son lives in the area and picked them up), even calling our cell phone to double check that we received an earlier voicemail.
