"Surprisingly well-appointed rooms."
I was very pleasantly surprised at the rooms, which were recently refurbished. It had a huge flat screen TV. I did report a burned out bathroom light to two different people, though, and it did not get fixed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"hardly worth the money!"
This hotel was cheap, the breakfast was fine and it was in a very good location if you want to just pull off the freeway and stay a night. The staff in the front office was also quite friendly. Other than that, the hotel was quite bad. The cleaning staff was horrible. They did not make the beds, take out the trash or even provide us with towels! The […] hotel was filled with workers from the nearby refineries and gas plants. It was loud and the door to our bathroom didn't even shut. "I did not like this hotel"
The hotel had a good full breafast. It was plus. The location of hotel isn't the best because next the door is Taqeria with drive thru's working from 5am, so in our room we could hear all talkings between staff and drivers ( mostly of tracks) in the Taqueria from 5 am. Besides it : the elevator was Out of Order during 3 days ( from our 7days), we lived […] on the 3rd floor, so after all day in the sun and water there was hard to go w/o elevator. During 2 days we did not have any towels, just after 5 calls to reception the problem of towels was relies. In the room kept strong aroma of the urine, wich was much stronger by working A/C. Just in the room was clean but around -on the floors and stairs was dirty. I had a gaste from Seatle Va, and felt really bad because exactle I made a choise of this hotel. "Great location, affordable, and clean"
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We got an ugly first impression when we arrived and the pool looked green and a customer service agent was rude to us. We made it a little bit earlier and they didn't let us use our room until 3 pm. After 3 pm we went back and a different customer service agent was there and he was super nice, and helpful. "Comfortable and satisfying"

When we got there we were terrified it looked old and run down right off tge highway. We went it and it was so clean you could smell it. Staff was super nice. We went to our room and again shocked at how clean and beautiful the room was. When we were gone and came back we were shocked that had picked up the room. .Made the beds. "Best Bang for buck"

This was the most wonderful time in a long time! The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful, they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate all our needs.
