We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The only problem was with housekeeping. I know for sure I left something behind on a table. They said they couldn't find it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was nice, staff friendly and room clean overall. I've stayed several times, however some rooms are nicer than others. I purchased a bed with a king but was disappointed to find out at check in they only had double bed rooms available. The staff has been very accommodating to my needs during each stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

parking is too expensive,$18 per day!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not recommend to stay"
Pillows and bed sheet are not clean at all. I can see a lot of stains on it. Parking cost $18 overnight for hotel guest. Location is very convenient. However, I'd rather stay at San Gabriel Hilton next time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Its an average place."
This Hotel is expensive for what it is. The room was small, no over nigh free parking.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not very convienent."
The self park is a little confusing. The parking level of self park with the hotel entrance is not a parking level for hotel guests??? We couldn't find a sign directing towards the elevators so we carried our luggage down the stairs. Once inside a bead tradeshow was going on and the lobbies were extremely crowded, displays took up most of the walk way […] space and excited bead shoppers could care less about hotel guests trying to get thru the crowd. There were no signs directing you towards the front desk but we somehow found it. The front desk is small and nestled in a corner that can be easily missed. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great for a bed"
Average hotel, rooms adequate, restaurant average, staff was great. Good place to stay if your are looking for a place to sleep, not a luxury hotel experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convienient and Comfortable"
This Hilton was average. The hotel is overall very basic but had a comfortable lobby with a fireplace. The staff were friendly and offered good information and service. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. You have to pay additional for parking but this appears to be status quo in Pasadena. I found the layout of the hotel to be counter intuitive […] as far as the need to walk through the conference area to get to and from the garage. Overall, a positive experience. "extra expenses"
Nice hotel, nice room but charge extra for everything.. 18.00 to 21.00 for parking, 10 for internet, etc. It would seem that if you are staying at a Hilton one would have some perks!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"VERY NOISY"
I ENJOYED MY STAY EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE HOTEL WAS VERY NOISY. I WAS AWAKENED BY LOUD TALKING AND LAUGHING AT 3:00 AM AND AT OTHER TIMES I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING GOING ON IN OTHER ROOMS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT BUT IT WAS VERY ANNOYING.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Stay Experience"
the stuff was super professional, my family came to LA for the thanksgiving trip and everything was awesome especially stay in this hotel. The only thing I can say about is the valet guy need to be more friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
This is one of the more run down Hiltons I have stayed at. The Rooms need to be updated. Whenn we were sent up to our room at check in we discovered that it had not been cleaned. So they moved us to another room and the card-key did not work and we could not get into the room. I think we went up and down the elevator 4 times before getting into our […] room. The hotel gave us a free breakfast for our troubles. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Front desk assistance was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish we had extra towels, etc. I suppose I could have called house keeping, but when it hurry time does not allow.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lackluster"
The parking was terrible. The only place for guests to park has you walking down a dirty stairwell to get to the lobby. The room and hotel itself was a bit shabby. Our deluxe king size room had a tiny balcony overlooking the roof of the parking garage and was very tiny. We probably wouldn't stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"too much nickel and diming"
Staff was attentive and the room was comfortable, but the hotel needs some updating. Plumbing was troublesome and a.c. was loud. Most annoying was the fact that WiFi was free only in the lobby, the business center charged for everything except printing boarding passes, and parking costs seemed a bit excessive.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Convention Center"
Over all good experience. Down side is that they charge you $15 a night to park.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms are clean, but the building is old. The receptionist wasn't as nice as some people described. Don't forget that you have to pay for parking $15 for overnight and $18 for overnight with in and out privileges. Overall it was an OK experience. I guess I expected more since this is a Hilton.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Watch out for the extras."
Great location and good deal on Expedia, but they sting you for parking, Internet and even local calls. Dissappointing. The hotel isn't really anymore luxurious than a good Best Western.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hilton Pasaden"
Unless you are going for a convention/conference hosted on site, this hotel is not really worth the money. We thought we got a good deal but we got the shocker of $18/day for parking. I like the location of the hotel close to the Lake Ave and Colorado Blvd shopping and restaurant districts. Other than these positive aspects, I had better experience […] at other area hotels for lesser total cost/night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ok stay"
Great hotel for our 1 night stay but parking fee should not be accessed separately from your stay. If you don't need to move your vehicle you pay $15 but if you want to take your car out it cost $18. Fees should be inclusive with your stay. There is great dining walking distance.Genuine Expedia guest review

rooms are small and smelly. Not good for ordering room service, lack of attention by staff. Not the regular Hilton quality I have received in past. Very Disappointing.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hilton Pasadena, CA"
I've had much better experiences at the Sheraton right around the block. My business in town called for me to extend my stay an extra night and I actually packed and moved to the Sheraton.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Too noisy"
We arrived late in the evening and our room had adjoining rooms on each side, filled with people we did not know. The people were loud and we could clearly hear the conversations even with the tv on low. No late room service. Thank goodness for the Japanese delivery close by which the hotel does give info and will deliver a menu to your room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hilton Pasadena"
I have been a frequent guest at this hotel over the past 12 months but am considering a change. The service has significantly declined from the valet to the front desk to the bar/restaurant. It is as if some internal change has impacted the staff. The absence of smiles, the lost "can do" attitude, the general demeanor of people...however you wish to […] describe it...it is not good. The location is good and the rooms are adequate. There are several hotels in Pasadena that can claim these. I returned because the service staff had an outstanding attitude toward guests. With that lost, it is time to sample the Westin down the street. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Don't forget the parking charges.....these hoteliers are so desperate for revenue that they have the parking charges trumped up....I mean reall\y, 18-20% of the total room cost for my car?!! This somehting I think Hotels.com should negotiate as part of their value proposition. Thanks.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Service, Room OK, Lack of Communication between employees"
The service was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but someone dropped the ball. The bride to be asked my wife which hotel we were going to stay at, she had some gifts for the guests. We saw the gift bags when we checked in. We stayed the night, went to wedding next day, stayed one more night because it was to late to drive back and […] we had a couple drinks. We stopped at registration after the party and my wife inquired about the gift. Nobody knew anything, the gift bags were not there. They said they would inquire, but no one got back to us.We checked out the next morning, nothing was said to us about the gift. The Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was Clean. Bathroom could use some detail cleaning. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"So-So Review"
The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the towels & linens are fresh and new. The air conditioning system, however, was not designed well, at least for the rooms on the 14th floor. The temperature sensor and air flow vents are located in a small niche near the door. The sensor is too close to the vents, so it kept turning the system on and […] off all night long. The room, however, never really got cool enough. Check the price on the bottle of water in your room before you open it! Breakfast in the hotel is too expensive. There are, however, lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"old is old, no matter how you look at it"
Just putting in flat screens does not make a hotel accectable. the room rumbled when the people next door took a shower The air conditioner did not work in the meeting room.for two days. the hotel promised a buffet both days and the manager said he forgot the first day. On the second day he also said he forgot. (hard to believe)Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice neighborhood"
The hotel staff were friendly, however I was disappointed in the HHonors complementary breakfast (you get to sit near a breakfast buffet, but you only get served a choice of break and fruit, coffee and a juice). Nope you cant touch the breakfast buffet. Perhaps have a separate area of HHonors guests. Friendly staff, and nice surrounding area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Noisy and excessive fees."
This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Even though I asked for a quiet room, they put us next to the elevator and on the floor with a wedding party. Every 1/2 hour throughout the night, loud drunk guests were roaming the halls. In addition, the hotel charged for Internet, parking, and opening a bottle of wine (they didn't have corkscrews […] in the room or available at the desk). I wouldn't stay there again.
