Overall the hotel was "OKAY" until my room became invaded by black ants. They were everywhere including inside both of my suitcases and my bestfriend's bag. The bath towels were dingy with spots on them. The room itself was comfortable though along with the bed. As I stated...you get for what you paid for.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"worst place I have ever been to"
I have booked for 2 nights. When I got there, (I got there around 3am) they had no room for me. they already gave my room to other people. The only room left was a queen size bed.( I made a reservation for king size). The guy told me he would give me queen size bed for the night and will change it the next day. So I asked if he will give me a refund […] for the price differences but he said no. He says you take queen size or I will not give you any room. so I just left. That guy should not have given my room to another person and he was not friendly at all. He tried to make double the money with one room. The worst place I have ever been.
