I stayed here in 2011 after a hectic conference in LA, I came back again in 2013, after similar conference. The place is very clean, confortable, the... atmosphere warm and convivial. The hostess makes an excellent breakfast. Ask for a room away from E. Broadway street, if possible. There are some good places to eat nearby. The beach is a couple of blocks away.
