"Worst Hotel I have stayed in"
When checking out after one night I asked to see the manager about the cleanlyness of the bathroom. Call back tomorrow the young girl told me as the manager was not there on a Sunday. Over the last month i have 8 calls in to the manager, leaving my phone number. No response at all. The bathroom had black mold in the shower and hair stuck to the door. "Not the greatest hotel, but good location"
The best thing about this hotel was its location. We could walk to downtown Northampton in 10 minutes, which was great for exploring bars and restaurants. However, the room was really dark, the hot tub was closed & didn't show any signs of future repair, and there was lots of loud construction work going on during the day.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
