"Great customer service"
During our stay we left some medication in the fridge. It was very important and very expensive for my husband who is diabetic. I called and the cleaning staff found it and had NOT thrown it away. I had a friend come and pick it up saving us a big ordeal of buying more medication. The staff was very helpful to locate the cleaning agents and the medication […] and get it to our friend. While this property could use some updating (particularly the bathroom), it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location for our overnight visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. ""Great Bang for your Buck""
The Location was perfect for our needs. We were going to a Canucks/Phoenix hockey game and it was about 10 min. from the Arena Complex. Also very nice area with Restaurants, etc. We have friends in Sun City West and it was very easy to get there as well. It could use a few upgrades in the stairs and hallways but was very clean.
