"Cold Cold Cold"
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. T 4pm when we arrived the temperature in the room was 59. We turned up the thermostat to 70. Fifteen minutes later, nothing appeared to have happened so I called the front desk and was told that the room would slowly warm up. Well yes. By 10 PM it was 66 degrees in the room. There was one blanket and one […] bedspread on the bed. It was cold all night. By morning it was a tolerable 67. We periodically stay in Mt Vernon We will not be back . "cold shower"
It was clean but it needs updating. It was like having a shower at home and someone flushes toilet. When another room used the water you felt the water temp and pressure change. It was cheap good for a night, staff were friendlyGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenient Stop Over"

"Mt VErnon"
The hotel was full of refinery shift workers who were hanging out in the parking lot. Was a bit intimidated by them and was awakened at 6 am when the change of shift happened. Was not impressed, thought they should have been put in one wing of the hotel so as not to disturb others instead of having rooms all over the complexGenuine Hotels.com guest review
