Staff is superb..suite room was great..spacious, quiet & comfortable plus fully equipped efficiency kitchen setup. AC unit had problem the attempted... repair failed, moved out and except for very slight minor fixit in 2nd room, all went aok ! Stayed 2nights and must restate staff is exceptionally great across all shifts !! .Breakfast was very good with wide variety. Hotel location is exceptionally convenient to local attractions/shopping plus main arteries..Yes! My wife and I will return...PS Give it a try,..HIE was great experience for us !!! It was disappointing that they didn't have their own restaurant, but there was a continental breakfast available for us, which was not bad. Also, we had to remind them to open the pool in the morning. All in all, though, it was a good trip and I would stay there again.

The hotel staff was great. Upgraded us to a suite since our room was facing the highway and it wasn't a busy time of the year for them. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. The only negative was that the smoking rooms on the first floor were annoying every time we had to walk past them, the odor was definitely something you'd want to try to avoid. Muy amable atención (por demoras en mi vuelo llegué a las 2:00 AM y todo estaba listo para un rápido check-in). Lugar muy tranquilo con excelente ubicación para quien visita el mall. Cercano a Riverhead con amplia oferta de comida ya sea sobre la ruta o en dowtown Riverhead.
