We stayed for four nights. The room was spacious. It is quite far from Downtown Miami but was not a problem as we had a car. The beds are quite soft but did not cause any back ache. The worst thing about the hotel was the polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery. Not environmetally friendly or pleasant to use. I would stay at this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Stayed here both times will visiting Baptist Hospital and would stay here again. Overall this hotel is great, front desk people are friendly and helpful. This is a fairly small hotel but nicely done and maintained. Hotel is non-smoking so that was a plus for us. Location is close to everything you could want; pharmacies, banks, restaurants, shopping […] and of course Baptist Hospital which was our mean reason for going there, however this means that the view is not spectacular (just other buildings and parking lots). Tip: Look for curb side Holiday Inn sign as the building is a little difficult to see whilst driving as it is hidden directly behind a huge McDonalds. "Loudest toilet flush ever"
It's very hard to get anywhere from the hotel with traffic, but that is normal for the area. Two biggest negatives were the mattress and the toilet flush. The mattresses were soft and saggy, so that when you laid down, you sunk into a trench and had trouble getting out. The toilet flush sounds like an F-16 taking off - good because you don't have to […] worry about clogging the plumbing, bad because you always hear when your neighbor goes to the bathroom at 2 am. And you will hear your neighbors, because I don't think there is any sound proofing in the ceilings. On the positive side the staff was friendly enough, the hotel and room was clean, breakfast was pretty standard but fine, and it was a generally quiet atmosphere outside. "Clean, new and spacious!"
This is the first time in a Holiday Inn Express and we were very satisfied. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was one of the few hotels left, so a bit out of the way, but because it's a suite, there is so much extra room. Very clean and well kept.
