"Nice"
This was a nice hotel, with friendly staff. Great location near major shopping area. We had a small problem with the fridge in the room but the staff was nice enough to change our room to down the hall since maintenance had gone home for the day. Room was clean and spacious. "Great location"
Front desk was very helpful. Close to everything for food, business, etc. Room was large and clean. Only complaint was a group making noise by the pool until 1am and my room happened to be right above it. Hotel took care of the problem but took a while.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fine - got 2 double beds instead of a king"

"Good for business"
We are regulars at both HIE in Kendall. We use them as a gateway for business in the Homestead area. This particular hotel is right off the turnpike and surrounded by (literally) hundreds of dining and shopping options.
