The suite provided enough room for me to organize my office and stay in comfort. On the their day of my stay, Southern Calif. experience a major power outage. Even without power, the staff was well informed of the event. Due to the power outage, my customer sent me home. The hotel was old and needed some work. The dead bolt in my room did not work. I was also right by the pool, it was very loud with all the kids and families. It died down pretty much at 10. The hotel itself is nothing to write home about in terms of decor, however the staff is exceptional, ready to help in any & every way possible. This hotel room had so much potiential. It was large and spacious, but went down hill from there. The carpet was filthy, and the smell was even worse. I had to go to the CVS pharmacy just around the corner to get a glade extra duty air freshener, and that didn't even do the trick. "Satisfactory, but not a top choice"
The main disappointment for me was that the hotel is very loud, it's right beside the 5 and the sound barriers aren't very effective. I had to run my AC unit on low as white noise and in this instance was glad it was a loud unit. The room was fairly spartan and small, but adequately clean. A kitchenette was advertised, but this consisted of nothing […] more than a small fridge and microwave, no sink or hot plate or cooking or eating utensils. The hotel is heavily used by families and the pool and hot-tub tends to have a lot of kids in it. It also means that the pool area is noisy. The wireless was reliable and fast. The hotel looks a bit old fashioned but the quality is still good. it is clean and has good wifi, fridge, tv, good bathroom and microwave. complete and not too expensive.
