"had no hot water to shower the nexted morning!!!!"
we got up at 4 in the morning we had to be at the hospital at 5 there was no hot water to shower, the hotel gave us the room key nexted door and it had no hot water either so we had to go to the hospital without showering, we had no time to complain further we had to throw on our clothes and go!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
