Flagship stores ring Union Square, among the vanguard of West Coast retail. Chinatown begins at Grant Avenue and Bush Street, while Gold Rush-era mansions crown Nob Hill. South of Union Square, the convention center area includes the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Cable cars turn around at Powell and Market streets to head back to Fisherman's Wharf.

We stayed here before a football game. The street is extremely congested and only a small space to pull in front of the hotel if its not full they don't have parking at the hotel they use a third party parking service expect 30-40 minutes if you try to.get your car out. When we left it took 2 hours to get our car because they lost our car we ended up […] being so late to our football game we missed the first quarter. Rooms are decent and clean but the location outside is dirty and several transients hanging around out side. I would not recommend this place the intercontinental is much nicer has in house valet that doesn't cost 45 dollars a day and they are much more friendly Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Great hotel, staff was friendly and helpful with directions etc. Perfect location right next to chinatown. Overall a wonderful time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Orchard Garden Hotel We don't necesarily want it removed but ask the reviewer to give us the appropriate score 1 star being bad and 5 being the best. I think they obviously had it the other way around.
"The OGH in San Francisco was a perfect location!"
Our hotel stay was wonderful! It would have been perfect if the standard room we stayed in was a bit larger. Other than that it was, nice & clean and the bed oh so comfortable after a long day of walking & sight seeing! I loved the location it was central to so much action and fun!! We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel -money well spent. Got […] a 3 day pass for the BART system-again money well spent! Don't bother renting a car! Enjoy!!
