Cons: our room was above the nightclub...sooo yeah, that sucked. Staff was great but the valet took an hour and a half to get our car. Pros: everything else!

To start, came a little early, checked bags at desk. Easy! Then needed to park the car. Told they where out of parking. Just the night earlier I spoke with someone at the home and tole me there was plenty. Was told to park at the Hotel Nikko next door. At Hotel Nikko was given the $45 rate,no problem, only problem was that there were no in-out priveliges. […] Sight seen the whole day to come to my room and realize it was located above the bar and lounge. Music was loud, heavy bass. But, I guess the reason for the fan in the room had a dual purpose(air and to drown out the noise). No View but that was ok. Not in the room except to change and sleep. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. We had gotten two rooms for two nights. One of the rooms was very nice, bed was a double and room was very small. It had adequate ventilation and when we opened and closed the windows relative to the outside weather it was fine. The other room was hot and did not have adequate ventilation. The bathroom […] sink was in the room which was not a great feature. The club below was loud but did not keep us up. The most upsetting feature was having to wait on two different occasions for 1.5 hrs before we could get our car from valet. Read more

Hotel Fusion is the perfect hotel for a few days in San Francisco. Comfortable, clean, well-priced, polite and friendly staff, large breakfast, free Internet, and close to everything. I could not have asked for more.

Fusion Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the BART train station (which can take you direct to the airport) and cable cars. The surrounding downtown area has a lot of activity, and is centrally located to other areas. Be sure to request a room on the higher floors. There is a disco downstairs which can be quite loud on weekend nights.

Before booking this hotel peolpe should know that there many different kinds of room there, the beautiful one that you see on the website is the top one . My husband and I had a terrible experience since we got the full bed bedroom with no air conditioning (room 308). The room was so tiny and hot that although we opened the windows, it was impossible […] to sleep, very unconfortable. Very noisy also. On the other day, the front desk recepcionist nicely upgraded us to a king size bed bedroom (room 402). That room was so beautiful (the nice one from the website), large, nice linens, we were very happy and satisfied until the next night when the fire alarm rang in the middle of the night for a very long time (no reason for that). We had to call the front desk twice until somebody came upstairs to fix the problem. Worst experience ever!!! Nobody excused for what happened on the other day. We stayed two nights in this hotel and didn't sleep at all. Terrible experience. Read more

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I called the front desk for a taxi and had one 4 minutes later. I called about a noisy guest in the next room and unfortunately the loud tv stayed on for hours. Very centrally located in the city, near to the cable car station at Powell Street, so going about visiting places of interest is very convenient. Many restaurants & shopping centers are very nearby. It is very much pot luck with rooms - some are good, some are awful. Although the advertising states that breakfast arrangements have been updated, the reality is that one small, grossly inadequate room on the 5th floor has been set aside. There is only space for 2 or 3 people, so one has to line up to even get into the room. Often there is no food […] until someone tops it up. Tæt på Cable Car endestation, indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter. Meget venligt og informativt personale. Spartansk men ok morgenbuffet. Ikke belastet af hjemløse direkte i området som i gaderne længere væk fra Powell. Alt i alt super til prisen (under hensyntagen til sæson).

Dåligt: Betalt för dubbelrum, men blev anvisade enkelsäng och bara en stol, mycket litet rum. Vi vägrade acceptera och efter 30 min i reception fick vi annat rum. Vi accepterade att under vistelsen byta rum för att få behålla dubbelrum. Se till att inte bli lurad på rummets storlek.

The staff was really nice to us. We started in a room on the 1st floor, but during the night there were constant noice from the next door night club. Next morning I asked to switch rooms as we were travelling with a 3-year-old, and they changed it right away. The area was nice and very central.
