You get what you pay for. If you're used to hostels, this would be okay for you. Not very secure - they let delivery people walk up to the hotel rooms. Price is okay, cheap for San Fran. Very very noisy!

We would have loved to have had this hotel for our entire stay in San Francisco. Unfortuantely it was only available for a portion of our trip. A small lack of a few conveniences. No fridge, a shower instead of a tub shower combo. A bit tight on space and a ice machine that costs a quarter for a limited amount. Grant Plaza is a must stay for someone who is wanting to be centrally located without paying an arm and a leg for the convenience. The hotel is a clean, basic hotel with amicable staff. We used only public transportation starting at the airport. It is also easy access to the hotel. The City Pass worked really well for us.

The location was great. We did not rent a car and public transportation was very close and easy to navigate. The room was very small, but very clean. The bed had a hole in the middle, there were two condoms wrapers under the bed, nasty!!! Locations is awesome if on a budget and are willing to put up with this, but if you can find or affoerd something better in the area, go elsewhere.

The cheapest hotel in terms of price in the entire city! Great central location to everything, in the heart of Chinatown. We were only in the room to sleep, which is exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location and friendly employees. But I thought the room is not very clean, especially the floor of bathroom(the hotel just looks old). And the centralized heating system actually gave us lots of troubles. Customers cannot control their room temperature... But thanks so much for borrowing us a portable heater.

The front office reception were friendly & helpful but our room in this hotel was cramped & smelly. The location was right in the middle of chinatown and it didn't seem very safe at night to wander around the streets. Plus our room's aircon was not working.

Det värsta hotellet jag någonsin har bott på. Tro inte på bilderna som presenteras på deras hemsidan. Jag blev placerad i ett helt annat rum, med mycket dålig standard. I sängen fanns det "bed bugs". En befrielse att få checka ut, ur hotellet... Inte att rekommendera.............

이 호텔은 위치가 중심지인것 이외는 무엇하나 좋은것이 없다. 호텔의 친절도 청결도 , 그리고 무엇보다도 호텕방의 방음 상태이다. 위층의 모든 소음이 다들린다. 그리고 난방도 안되고 냉방도 안되는 아주 이상한 호텔이다. 중국인의 돈만 아는 그런 호텔이다. 다시는 이용하지 않아야 한다.

Parfait pour la situation juste a cote du quartier chinois et du financial district et Union square. Dommage que l hôtel soit vétuste, un bon coup de peinture ferait du bien.
