"Very Disappointed."
Front desk staff was rude at check in. No in room safe. No in room fridge. Bell person VERY rude. Tried to convince our party of five to use a cab with 4 seat belts. When we said we weren't comfortable with that he ignored us - for the next 3 days!!!!! On duty manager didn't even look up from what he was doing when I tried to express our concerns. He […] went on to tell me it was "illegal for a cab to take 5 pasengers in San Francisco". Rubbish! We found mini van cabs for the rest of our stay without too much trouble.
