The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The room was ok, nothing to brag about. The door was stuck and had to be forced to open. The entry cards that were issued worked less than 25% of the time and we could not get to our room without using this system. That was probably the most aggravating part of the experience. We booked here only because it was one of the last available options in Burlington during UVM's graduation weekend. The room was priced at double what it should be (at least!) and it was really not very nice. Considering it wasn't in the city, the room was small and it was setup like a motel... you had to walk outside to go from the elevator to the […] room. It was kind of sketchy. The free breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The room was lacking in comfort and space. I can't believe the rates that they get away with over that weekend. The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway and within easy driving distance to downdown Burlington. The highway made easy access to all parts of Northern Vermont and Southern Vermont.
