While the rooms were very clean it is becoming very dated. We encountered a snow storm and asked the 3 people behind the desk if someone would have a brush we could clean the snow off the car. We were told point blank "no"! We had just come from North Conway where the Comfort Inn had a bucket of them at the entrance of the hotel for the use of the guests. […] Although there were shovels at each entrance not one of the 3 people at the desk or elsewhere bothered to go out and clean the walkway to the front door and we had to walk through 6 inches of slush and snow to take our bags out and to check out. With many seniors and in a slow season, one would think this would be a priority. There is one small piece of soap for both hand washing and bathing in the room, which certainly is not adequate, there should be at least a 2nd small piece of soap for hand washing.
