Shuttle service from JFK airport was bad, waited over a hour and the driver didn't help me with my bags. There are no trains nearby. Hotel staff was professional and helpful. "Worth it's price in gold"

Nice comfortable hotel but if you expect any sort of service forget about it! We were made to wait at the airport for our complimentary transfer to the hotel for 1.5hrs. Das Hotel lag sehr gut von JFK Airport erreichbar. Mit der Air Train zum Frederick Circel und von dort fuhren ca. alle 30 min. der eigene Hotel Shuttle. Nach der Nacht im Hotel mussten wir zur Autovermietung zurück zum Airport was auch sehr gut mit dem Shuttle ging.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
