"Close to Frontier Village"
We were in a basement room for 2 nights. The floor/ceiling above us squeeked every time anyone walked across the floor above. If you chose this motel ask for the second floor. "Serious problem rectified by manager."
My husband and I left to visit with relatives after checking in. When we arrived back at the motel around 11 p.m. it was about 50 degrees in our room--heat was off. We turned it on and it quickly rose to above 90 degrees or warmer and would not cool off, turn off, nothing! We sweltered all night. When the manager was informed of our distress the next […] morning, he immediately had a new unit installed, one which actually showed the temperature in the room.
