"Comfortable and clean..."
I've stayed at several Hilton Garden Inns when travelling, and like the consistency in comfort and cleanliness. The room is large, the hvac worked great, and we enjoyed the large 2 person jacuzzi tub as we had upgraded for a minimal price increase. The snack station in the lobby was well stocked and surprisingly affordable. The only detail I liked less […] than other Hilton Garden Inns was the lack of free continental breakfast. While travelling, it's nice to get a quick, hassle-free bite on the way out to the next destination. This particular hotel charges around $10 per person for their breakfast, which was barely better than continental. Poor parking, second day someone hit back corner of my new truck, in middle of the day & didn't leave message. When I finally got the desk clerk, they said, gee i guess I could call police have them fill out report, we dont have any outside securty or camers. THANK YOU so much for my stay! I was in town from CA for the Mother Road Marathon on 10/10/10. The front desk staff, manager and kitchen staff were AWESOME!! Couple highlights: the manager offered to arrange a private shuttle to the 5:00 AM start at Schifferdecker Park, the kitchen staff opened early at 4:30 AM on Sunday to feed us marathoners (incredible!!!), […] the room was clean/nicely appointed, the cleaning lady was wonderful, the price was right and the jacuzzi tub was much appreciated after the marathon!
