When we arrived the outside temperature was 104 and were surprised to find that the HOT air was blowing in the room. We were very uncomfortable for a few hours until I could get the room cooled down. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain and because it was so late at night I just had my kids use the bathtub to wash hands. The next morning I went down […] to get breakfast only to find that everything had already been put away even though it wasn't time for breakfast to be over. I found some cereal and asked the host for some milk. He reluctantly filled the container with only a little milk which wasn't enough for 2 bowls. I can't believe the high rating for this hotel, must have gone downhill quickly. Was put on second floor with no elevator, and the hallway was sweltering. Front desk staff was very odd and suspicious of everyone. To top it off was bitten by something, possibly fleas since they take pets. Remember you get what you paid for! There was no ac in the room and the room smelled of mold. We had to exchange rooms even in an attempt to find comfort in this hotel and altho the next room was cooler, it smelled bad. Service was horrible and the "continental breakfast" was stale cereal and muffins. The only thing good about this hotel was the pool. The hotel was fine for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room smelled a little musty but we opened the window and it was fine. Well I know for the price I paid I was not going to expect too much. However that is a bit of an understatement. This hotel should prob be shut down. It is extremely outdated. The smell was so bad.
