The queen size bed was comfortable, room is small, but fit our needs for an overnight stay, The rate includes breakfast and hours served are good if you planning on sleeping in. The hotel was out away from the main business areas. There were however many restaurants nearby as well as shopping. We arrived late and the clerk was very friendly and courteous. We had a wonderful time in Klamath Falls, close to the Lava Beds Monument. The view from our room of the mountains was wonderful. We were able to walk about town to resturants and shopping.
