The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone went an extra mile to help me, since my hands were full with two kids. The breakfast buffet was a life saver if you have kids, they have everything they like. It was not over crowded during the week. Our stay was very nice. The staff and guests we're friendly. The pool was heated so that made it even better for us seeing how the Atlantic was cold. The hotel had a Very good breakfast. It was a buffet style and the options were endless. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. The Tub in the larger bedroom had hair on the wall and some very small mildew […] stains on the shower liner. We stayed at the Embassy Suites because other family members were also staying there. It was really larger than 2 people needed, but nice to have 2 full baths when getting ready to go out. The pool was really nice, and the full breakfast, especially the omelets and waffles, was excellent.

Did not have a great experience. When we first checked in the reception was not courteous or professional. Although, it was a long weekend holiday (Labor day) stay, it could have gone smoother for a Hilton establishment. I had to clean my windows (they were dirty and grungy) to see the oceanfront view.

The only negative thing I can say was that there was a huge banana tree blocking our "oceanview" that we paid extra for, but they let us check in 2 days early and before noon so I did not complain about the tree! Extremely nice hotel. The staff was very friendly from our first contact with the valet/bellhop to the maids who cleaned the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was a step above most with the waffle making stations and omelette bar. The room was spacious and had plenty of closet space for us to put away all of our things. Included wet bar, fridge, microwave, […] safe, coffee maker in room. Our room backed up to the elevator and was noisy all night. The view was beautiful, but we paid extra for ocean/pool view. Balcony was very narrow. Only 2 people could fit on it at a time. Also, the elevators took a bit of time to arrive and it would have been nice to have stairs close by as an alternative. The elevators should be more clearly marked (larger signage) as to which ones go down to the parking garage. The pool was great, as was the number of lounge chairs (although if the weather had been nice, it may not have been.) Was a pain to connect to the Internet because it kept logging us off and we had to pay extra for the wifi. Parking is also an extra fee and necessary. Read more

The first room we were given smelled dirty so they changed us to another, the next room was up against the elevator so you could hear it going up and down finally when we got to the third room. it was great. This Embassy Suite is good -2-go, I've stayed at this hotel about 3 times when ever I visit South Florida. Just if you check in after 11pm, valet has already went home, and its a delay on checking in, because desk persons are valet also. Great Breakfast, Deerfield has nice beach, and great resturants in area. Great hotel and staff.

Only stayed for one night/day with my family, but enjoyed this hotel quite a lot and would stay here again. The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable where the two beds - that were more of a 'full' size. For two people (in each) its a tight space to sleep. I had my wife and 3 kids - so it was cramped. The hotel was in a perfect spot for a family. Not alot of tourists and traffic. The breakfast was wonderful and very much enjoyed the manager's happy hour each day. Rooms were nice, hotel staff was very nice. Resturants were easy to get to and so was shopping from the hotel. would definitely stay there again.

Our room was perfect. We didn't pay to upgrade to the ocean view room but our sunset room was on the side of the hotel, so we got the best of both worlds, sunset & ocean! This side was right above where the garbage cans were, although I didn't smell anything (and I sat out there for a couple of hours on my laptop). Loved the spacious suite! We had a big nice suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. Breakfast was good. The beach and pool area was great too. The only minus was that internet was not includet in the roomprice. You must also pay extra for parking. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

Hotel and staff were great, directly across the street from beach. Parking was a little costly underneath hotel at $18 per day mandatory. Breakfast was good, but not as nice as other Embassy Suites stays. Overall, we would probably visit again.

Arrived at 10pm after big travel day. Room booked and paid for sold to other guests. Downgraded. Assigned room not serviced after previous occupants. Further downgrade. No bedding for fold down couch bed. Make do. The room we booked not ready till 4pm next day. Breakfast included (good) - but its a zoo - shortage of plates and cutlery. Cereals empty. […] Milk gone. No use hanging by pool as most of the available poolside is shaded from the building. We hung out with friends at the Boca Waldorf. Second worst hotel stay I have ever endured. Para quem quer descansar em um hotel "pé na areia" este é uma boa opção, porém tudo é muito caro. $12 /dia por cada cadeira ou guarda sol de praia é um absurdo. Vá até o SuperTarget e compre uma por $10. Outra coisa $22 por dia de estacionamento é caro mas é normal nesta região.
