The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone went an extra mile to help me, since my hands were full with two kids. we stayed here for one night but made the most of our time there. we enjoyed the resort feel and pool! The location was very convenient and you can walk right out the gate to the beach.Only a few minor things that brought down my rating, the air conditioner didn't seem to be working but it was not overly hot so we sere okay with out it and I need internet […] access to my room , asked about it just as we arrived and was told that I would have t pay per unit used and then asked about it again later in the evening and was given a coupon code to use it for free.Would have been nice had that have been offered right from the start as I really appreciated that gentleman's service and made my stay so much more comfortable. Hotel is pleasing because it is on a gorgeous beach (with lifeguards) and has a nice pool. We find the beds disappointing, actually impossible to sleep well on. Great, big rooms, nice beach and pool areas. Enjoyed two nights with my family. Close to restaurants (need a car, though), and not to far to shopping malls (40 km to Aventura). I was also satisfied with the gym. Good breakfast.

This was a repeat trip and we will probably do it again. I think the room cleanliness could be improved upon. When we pulled out the Sofa-bed there was all sorts af dirt and debris underneath. Otherwise quite pleased.

Our stay at the Embassy Suits was very pleasant. The suit itself was very accommodating considering we have three kids. Two rooms and two bathrooms in a suit was very convenient. The swimming pool was very small. There was children that kept jumping in from the side of the pool which didn't make for an enjoyable swimming experiance. They should of had time set a side to where the adults could enjoy the pool during certain hours of the day. Also the hot tub was very small and filled with children as well. I like this hotel, but my room was not clean at all when I arrived. There was hair in the sink and bath tub from the previous guests. The stained couch was not very inviting to sit on. Also stains on the carpet next to the bed kinda grossed me out!

I was a little disappointed with my stay this time. There were no scrambled eggs at the complimentary breakfast and I didn't receive the complimentary newspaper one of the days of this stay. I had stayed at this hotel two weeks prior to this stay and everything was excellent then.

My family and I stayed here on our way to Miami for a cruise. I would recommend this hotel the grounds were beautiful the whole area around the hotel was nice. The free breakfast was also a plus. I was very surprised how cheap it was.

This Embassy Suite is good -2-go, I've stayed at this hotel about 3 times when ever I visit South Florida. Just if you check in after 11pm, valet has already went home, and its a delay on checking in, because desk persons are valet also. Great Breakfast, Deerfield has nice beach, and great resturants in area. Great hotel and staff.

Only stayed for one night/day with my family, but enjoyed this hotel quite a lot and would stay here again. The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable where the two beds - that were more of a 'full' size. For two people (in each) its a tight space to sleep. I had my wife and 3 kids - so it was cramped. Hotel and staff were great, directly across the street from beach. Parking was a little costly underneath hotel at $18 per day mandatory. Breakfast was good, but not as nice as other Embassy Suites stays. Overall, we would probably visit again.

Just enjoyed a couple of days here. The beach is beautiful with access just a few steps away from the pool area which is always very busy with lots of younger children and families.

The included breakfast buffet (with made to order omelets/eggs) is a nice feature, although during spring break, it was quite busy and hectic. It probably saved a lot of time, though, and one could get out to the pool or beach much quicker.
