"Employees are not honest!"
I accidentally left my Nook in the hotel when I checked out. When I discovered my mistake, I immediately contacted the hotel. The management stated that no one turned anything in and to call back the next morning when the day shift was on. I did and they said the same thing. The manager went to the room to look since no one had stayed in the room the […] night after I did. It was not there. I went to my Barnes and Noble account to deactivate the Nook. Imagine my surprise when it said I did not have a Nook registered to my account. One of the employees managed to take my Nook and deactivate it before I could so they could use it. I will never stay in a place whose employees are not honest and trustworthy. I know it was my fault for leaving it there in the first place but I expected better out of the employees. Even for the price, this hotel was NOT worth it!! The clerk was RUDE ( and we later discovered lived in the room next to us), there was no pool as advertised, the room had pieces of the wall falling down, the air did not work well, they messed up my reservation...and the worst part was we had to beg for more towels and the ones they gave us were smelly […] and STAINED! This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I found blood on the pillow case. The neighborhood is scary and the people at the hotel all looked shady. "Super 8- In the worst location ever"

This hotel was really gross! In our room were big cockroaches. It had a weird smell. Also, the tv didn't work. The picture was just purple and red. "You get what you pay for....roaches,clogged tub..."
My husband stayed here for 1 night & the minute he walked in there were roaches in the room & he went to take a shower & the tub drain was clogged . "Can't Figure Out The Smell"
