We've stayed here a number of times and it's always a pleasant stay. This time, our stay spanned Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I decided to stay in this hotel because it was relatively cheap and it was close to the carousel mall. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was newly renovated and kept extremely clean. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and answered all questions I asked her when we checked in at 7 pm on Sunday the 22nd of may. We went to dinner […] at the steakhouse and received fantastic service from Trish the waitress, and she even gave us information on the nearest Starbucks around. The food was also exceptional. Portion sizes were huge for the price and taste was out of this world. The only negatives I have regarding the hotel was that there was a chip in the tub, and the lady working the front desk the following day on Monday the 23rd of may was slightly rude when I asked her questions, watched me spill coffee all over the coffee table (lol) and just called to the maid to give me towels. I would think she would at least have offered to help me clean up. Other than that, the hotel was way more than I expected. If you're a guy, go to the Waterloo outlets, and you'll have a field day with all the sales.
