Room was freezing. Took all night for it to warm up even with the heater on high. Choose the option to have pick of room. Wanted King room, gave me 2 queens. I love the convenience of the location and Daniella's, the attached , though separately owned, restaurant. The plumbing and the passing trains are very noisy. I slept with earplugs. One day, niether my room, nor the rooms of friends in the same hallway were cleaned. What's up with that? We have stayed here several times in the past to attend horse shows at the NY State Fairgrounds which are about a minute away. Overall, the hotel has been satisfactory for our needs. The Inn at the Fairgrounds was very close to the area I needed. I was disappointed in the lack of people at the desk at anytime to check in, check out, or ask any questions. Also, no one was stationed at the breakfast to help with any thing that was needed. Our room was nice, comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room appeared modernly decorated. The complimentary breakfast was not great; microwaved sausage rounds and egg rounds...kinda gross actually. I have stayed at other Best Western's and had a MUCH better breakfast included.
