"Should have just driven home."
There were two girls softball teams (11-12 year olds) staying at the hotel and their parents/chaperones weren't much above that level in maturity. We were greeted with a pillow fight in the lobby, using the hotel furniture as weapons, with the girls screaming profanities at each other, while the parents casually sat and talked on their cellphones. The same little angels ran the halls all night. It amazed me that this group was allowed to ruin the stays of other guests and were not put out. I wrote the hotel and while the hotel manager was apologetic, I will not be staying at this property again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
