Situated in Jackson, Alpine Vista Lodging offers ski-in/ski-out access and is close to Snow King Resort, Wildlife and Natural History Safaris, and winter sports such as downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. Also nearby are Jackson Town Square and Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum.

Rooms have mountain views. The 250 guestrooms at Alpine Vista Lodging include safes and coffee/tea makers. Beds have pillowtop mattresses and premium bedding. Complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is provided. Televisions are equipped with cable channels. Bathrooms offer shower/tub combinations, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. Additional amenities include irons/ironing boards and windows that open. Housekeeping is offered daily.

Finding the "Alpine Vista Lodging" was a bit of a challenge. Turns out it's part of the Snow King Lodge, but you'd never know it from the information I was given when booking. Snow King shows a different address than Alpine Vista Lodging, and I drove all over looking for AVL...finally gave up and called, only to find out it was part of Snow King and […] you check in at the Snow King desk. Entryway flooring at the side entrance closest to my room was in terrible shape. Holes in the tile, etc. Obviously low on their maintenance schedule. The actual name of the hotel is The Snow King Resort. It is at the base of the mountain and if you are traveling with an elderly person or a handicapped person, this is not a good choice for your stay in Jackson.
