"Great for Family"
The suite was perfect for our family of 4 for a weekend getaway to visit nearby family. Good sleeping accomodations, nice modern room, very comfortable, good value for the rate. the stay was great !!! I was on a vacation after my business travel. All the hotel facilities were great, except for two suggestions: 1- There was only one washing machine and one dryer in the guess laundry. With a hotel of this size, it should have been more, especially when there were limited hours of operation of these services (Yes, the guest laundry […] is not open 24x7). 2- A small kitchenette in the room would be a value add. Our weekend stay was surprisingly pleasant at this hotel. It was clean, nice, and quiet. Kids loved the pool which was heated and clean. Breakfast buffet was welcoming and has the standards that you'd expect. Only thing that was interesting was the hotel is situated around tech companies (instead of shopping centers/restaurants) but I actually like […] this better. Staff was courteous and friendly. Internet was superb (there are like 10 free access points you can connect to). This is the best internet experience I've ever had. I recently stayed at a higher chain hotel, paid double the price, and internet sux big time (what's life w/o internet? lol) Only minor negative thing I would say is the TV can be upgraded to LCD but this was not important. "Country Inn and Suites - OK for the price"
We found our room large and comfortable for our family of 3. There was enough space for our many bags. The decoration was fine. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. The location (in a business park) was within close walking distance of a large natural park, and this was great for our young daughter. Breakfast buffet was copious and good. On the downside […] - the room was lacking in some amenities - bedside table only on one side. A fridge (good), but no minibar in it (bummer). Condensation on the double windows - I guess due to an uninsulated aluminum window frame. The one real problem was the bathroom. Small shower and toilet room, with no window and no fan?? What were they thinking? Evident mold problems on the ceiling had been bleached, but stains remained. Chrome fixtures, door hinges, etc were actually visibly rusting? I never saw this in a hotel bathroom before. The price was very good, so we did not complain. Looks like they are updating some of the rooms so maybe this problem will be fixed.
