"Complaints"
The toilet did not flush properly during our 4 night stay. It broke down on the last night there. We used the bathroom on the first floor next to the work out room. The iron was rusty on the bottom and leaked rusty water on my expensive silk sweater top the first time I tried to use it. They had to send my top out to the dry cleaners to be cleaned. […] They did not call me when my top came back from the cleaners. I brought down the rusted out iron to the front desk and got a new one. But the damage was done. I was born and raised in B'ham. I lived there until 1972. Your hotel is not up to par, in my humble opinion.
