This was an efficient property. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. But nothing was outstanding. One drawback was no elevator.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Right next to Interstate5... noisy!!"
Bad luck for us to get a room facing the I5. The room itself was OK but the noise was a bit much even with earplugs. Breakfast was good, location next to large shopping complex. At least it was easy to get back on the road for the next part of the journey.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I took my niece to longview and wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool. We got there and noone was at the front desk. Waited quite a while, a man (hotel guest?) walked up, saw we wanted to check in. Used the phone on the wall to call and notify them someone was at the front desk. They were training someone new but we really should not have had to wait […] that long. Then we were informed that the pool was not heated, the heater went out. This was very disappointing since we stayed at a hotel so we could swim. We were not that happy with the whole stay. "Comfort Inn - Kelso, WA"
Stayed here while attending a family reunion and didn't spend much time in the room. Location is great - you can walk to the mall, Red Lobster, Azteca, Target. Room is older but clean. My only complaint was the sheets were so bleached/starched (or something) it almost felt like I was crawling into sandpaper sheets.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Hotel but needs to follow there own rules"
The hotel was fine except for the pool hours rules that the hotel did not follow. The pool hours were posted and not followed by other hotel guests. The pool hours were posted that only adults after 10pm and there hotel staff even told guests that at check-in. Both days that we stayed there were kids (Vary small kids) in the pool until way past 11;30, […] when brought to the attention of the hotel staff we were told that they were not the pool patrol. The pool was the only reason that we selected this hotel because of the fact that there was an indoor pool that had the adult only hours. So we did not get to relax and swim at all. I think that our next visit to the Longview/Kelso area to visit family we will thank long and hard before we stay at this hotel again.
