The hotel is almost brand- new, so top grades for cleanliness. Rooms have almost no drawers so plan on living out of your suitcase. Valet parking only - $21/night. Pricey, but the cheaper lots nearby don't offer in/out service. Very close to Alamo (<5 min walk) and River Walk (<10 min walk). It took us about 20 minutes to drive to/from the airport. I just returned from San Antonio visiting the "Alamo & River Walk." Very moderate, clean, and friendly hotel employees. The only thing I did not like was the hidden fee such as $30 they take off your card for hotel incidents. I think they need more personnel for valet parking.
