This hotel was very well maintained outside and in & very clean. The front desk staff was also very helpful and attentive. Our mini fridge was not cooling the first night we stayed and it was late when we arrived, they sent maintenance up the next day & fixed it right away. The stay was great. Hotel was only a couple of miles from our destination and a short drive to downtown. Only a couple of issues. 1: parking spots were tight and short( compacts only) 2: elevator got stuck a couple of times so the stairs were used frequently. "Hotel in Mexico"
The location of this hotel was 3.2 miles from the boarder crossing. The mapquest location provided for this hotel was not accurate and was very diffucult to find. No one answer the phone number provided for the hotel. I do not speak Spanish and wasted an hour looking for this hotel. "Central location to Lackland AFB"
My stay was wonderful. The hotel sits back away from the street and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and very close to the highway. The room was large, clean, nicely decorated, and the A/C was blasting, thankfully. "Clean and comfortable"
Nice to stay at a new hotel. It was clean and the beds were still comfortable. Spacious two queen bed room with plenty of space for our travel cot. The kids enjoyed the pool. However, the hot tub had more chemicals than usual, and wasn't pleasant.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
