Separate hard and soft pillows with identification bands on them were a pleasant innovation even though the "soft" pillow was still way too hard for me. The room was very comfortable and internet was very easy to access and remained live without the need to renew the login process throughout my stay. We were there for one night on a business trip and this location was perfect. The staff was great and very friendly. My only complaints were the low lights in the bathroom which made it impossible to put on make up, but they did work great for getting up in the middle of the night. "Need more coffee"
I had to get my own coffee and creamer at the desk because they did NOT clean the coffee pot or replace the coffee, etc. I stayed 3 nights and they only cleaned the room the first night. All they did was replace one or two towels I used, emptied the trash, and make the bed. Whick was fine, BUT...... if you are not going to have a complmentary continental […] breakfast (or at the very least free coffee in the lobby) then I NEED COFFEE IN MY ROOM!!! The hotel was okay but the shuttle service to SeaWorld was late. I had to wait (by myself) over 40 minutes for a shuttle back to the hotel even after I called them (they are only 5-7 minutes away). "Good location"
My company, Fresh Media Works, held the annual board meeting at SeaWorld and stayed at the Holiday Inn right next door. The location was excellent and the hotel appeared to be brand new and spotless.
