"Disaster"
Overall this is a nice property but the staff was just horrible. I had several issues and none of them were resolved. The last time the front deal manager promised that the General manager would call me personally, a week later and still nothing. "Worst experience ever!"
I booked and paid for the room well over a month in advance. It was a 5 hour trip. We arrived to check in around 230 am. The front desk employee was sleep in a backroom and I ended up having to call the hotel to wake him up so that we could get checked in. After checking in, the room was a single bed instead of doubles. I called down to the front desk […] and he said there was nothing he could do. We waiting until morning so that I could speak with a manager. She was very unhelpful to our situation and didn't not put forth any effort to resolve the issue. "Best-Western Hotel in Alamo San Antonio."
I wish the front desk attendants would know the rooms and their amenities to provide the customers with correct information. I called the hotel before i booked the hotel through hotels.com.I spoke to a lady and i made myself very clear on what kind of a room i needed. I was going to be driving 10 hrs with my children just to get there after midnight […] and the room is not what we asked for . The room was filthy. The front desk was very uncooperative and the worst of all is the manager Cindy very unprofessional. She will be in the office but advice her staff to lie she is not available.
