Even though the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, there are no places surrounding the hotel that you can walk to to eat. However, the hotel does offer shuttle within a certain radius and they will take you to the restuarant and pick you up. "Perfect for overnight stay before a flight"
I was absolutely amazed at the size of the room for the price I paid. It had a living area with refrigerator and microwave, desk, king sized bed, separate shower and toilet area, and nice size closet. We went with the kids for a gateway weekend. Room seemed small, not what you expected of a suite. Sofabed is practically next to the main room with no separation. One TV to share. -They could not provide a non-feather pillow. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy one. - Over charged the security deposit and on a credit card that they accessed through my Marriot rewards account. The room was comfortable enough and the desk was good which allowed me to work. What I didn't like was that there was nothing in the refrigerator and no place to buy a beer downstairs. Stayed with my family (wife and son) for just one night before taking our flight next morning. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived with a rented car and the hotel van driver was very kind to take us to the car rental agency, return it and take us back to the hotel.
