Nice, clean hotel. Everything that you would expect from a Comfort Suites. However, despite the name, this hotel is not on the riverwalk. Yes, there is... a shuttle available in a van once per hour, if you sign up and space is available. We made the walk - once. The walk is only about 10 to 15 minutes. The neighborhood is a little scary, however; you have to walk under an interstate bridge and through or past parking lots with tall chainlink fences and dark areas, with some questionable locals hanging out. The hotel was located in the old part of town kinda made you wander if you was going to get robbed. They charged $10.00 for parking that they told you after you checked in. It is about 4 miles from the river walk it is not close by any means. You wouldnt walk it because the location.
