"Dismayed"

A great experience. My party was reduced from 4 to 3 but I prepaid for 4 and lost that money. Was not prepared for $39 per day parking fees for each of 2 autos. My only other experience with large hotels is Las Vegas where parking is free. Culture shock on my part.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was only one thing that we were unsatisfied with and that is when we were having drinks at the bar we observed a roach crawling on the bar.
