I chose a 4 on the quality of the staff and their service as we only had check in and check out service of our rooms. We never had to call for an extra service or use the amenities. The rooms were immaculate, very nice and comfortable. The only downside we experienced was the none of the local restaurants would deliver to the hotel as we were wore out […] after dealing with the freeway construction and detours! Loved the location. Few minuses, I arrived after checkout and my room was not ready. The bar closed too early and when the bar was open, the bartender was never around. This was a very pretty hotel. Very nice and clean and loved the area. The only problem was the noise. You can hear everything and we couldn't sleep very well.
