The hotel it self was great along with the room. My family and I had a problem with the customer service at check in time and breakfast. When I was... checking in the host was on the phone never spoke, made eye contact, said I will be with you or nothing. This conversation lasted about 8-10 mins. When the guy got off the phone she did say nothing he just looked at me and I had to tell him I wanted to check in. At breakfast time I had a problem bring my food back to the room like my 10 other guess that had booked 5 rooms, and my kids. Everyone went to get food came by should my husband and I and we said wow nice. Went to get our food the guy said it's free so you can not take it to your room eat here. I explained who came down and who gave the the to-go box (him) then went to desk and they told him I could take the food to the room. I am not sure why he told use but it was very rude and disrespectful. I like to spend my money and for a family trip to go back over something silly was very upsetting to my husband and I. This older man was very rude and mad because we wanted to take the food to our room I dont know if I was to fat to take out or what but I did not like the customer service, but the hotel was nice. We would have stayed or hold 3 day but after that we just went to the Drury plaza river walk. Customer Service was grat money well spent by a Hotels.com guest on 09/09/12
